In these uncertain times when there's no clear roadmap to help guide you and your organization, evidence-based leadership practices can help inspire a culture of trust to weather the storm. Here we share Febuary 2025 insights from Jennie Glazer, CEO of global nonprofit thinktank Coqual. Read her blog post Leading Through Uncertainty: How to Bring Clarity When Everyone's Afraid for details and examples of her five tips to dealing with uncertainty:

  1. Say what you mean - with honesty and care

  2. Create a thinking environment that encourages candor

  3. Navigate sensitive conversations with curiousity, not judgement
