2026/2027 Program Cohort
In October 2026, NPN was delighted to welcome seven Executive Directors to the fourth cohort of the Leadership Acceleration Program.
EDs participating in this year’s program represent organizations with a range of missions related to education and learning, healthcare, and food equity.
Each leader brings a real performance challenge from their organization. Through individual coaching and cohort sessions, they’ll question assumptions, explore possibilities, and put their learning into practice. We look forward to supporting their progress.
2025/2026 Program Cohort
In Fall of 2025, NPN welcomed the third cohort of the Leadership Acceleration Program.
Seven nonprofit Executive Directors from all around Greater Boston participated the nine-month program, with each leader taking on a unique performance challenge, supported by a dedicated coach and peer support network.
