Now more than ever, we need to brainstorm creative ways to partner and collaborate with community allies and organizations. Here we share a April 2017 Stanford Social Innovation Review (SSIR) article by social change strategist Jacob Harald: The Collaboration Game: Solving the Puzzle of Nonprofit Partnership. Using game theory, he explains how organizations can overcome a negative mindset and resistance to collaboration to the mutual benefit of all.
