Nonprofit Net is pleased to welcome Tracey Rogers to our Board of Directors. Tracey has spent much of her career in nonprofit management and marketing, focused on community, connection, and helping organizations do their work well.
With experience working with nonprofits of all sizes—from small, emerging organizations to larger, well-established ones—Tracey brings a broad perspective on the realities that nonprofits face day to day, as well as strengths in network development, marketing, and fundraising.
Her past roles include experience with community service and health care organizations. Tracey recently spent a year on staff at the MetroWest Nonprofit Network, where she helped grow engagement and programming. Currently a freelance project management and marketing consultant, she also serves as part-time Chief of Staff of She’s Local, a nonprofit that produces local women’s conferences across Massachusetts.
Tracey notes that working with organizations across the state has given her a very practical, on-the-ground understanding of what nonprofits need, whether that’s building visibility, strengthening relationships, or simply having someone willing to roll up their sleeves and help move things forward. She looks forward to continuing to support the growth and vitality of the Greater Boston nonprofit community in her role at Nonprofit Net.
