For over two decades, Nonprofit Net has stood alongside the nonprofit leaders of Greater Boston, providing high-quality learning at no cost.
We're excited to begin our new season of educational content this fall, with the theme of Strong Roots for Bold Impact. We'll explore how promoting self-care, nurturing leadership strength, and fostering team well-being lays a foundation for organizational clarity and sustainability.
This year’s sessions will cover topics including how to:
Lead with Strength – Leadership coaching, strategic communication
Care for Your People – Self-care, spiritual grounding
Learn & Adapt – Data for reflection, learning, and storytelling
Grow Resilience – Financial health, revenue & expense planning
Build for the Future – Adopting technology for mission longevity
We kick off the new series on Tuesday, October 14 with Holding Space While Holding On: Self Care for Nonprofit Leaders. This session invites you to reflect on the emotional toll of the work you do, explore tools for resilience-building and mindfulness, and create a personalized plan for self-care and collective care. Lead by Mike Boutin, Assistant Dean at MGH Institute of Health Professions.
We hope you’ll join us for this and future sessions!
