A recent meeting of the Leadership Acceleration Program
A moment from our second LAP gathering with Executive Directors and coaches committed to learning, reflection, and impact.

On behalf of all of us at Nonprofit Net of Greater Boston (NPN), we’re cheering on our remarkable LAP Executive Directors as they take on their performance challenges while continuing the vital, every day work of their organizations.

What makes NPN’s Leadership Acceleration Program (LAP) special is not just the coaching - it’s the collective learning. Over nine months, these leaders step back while still carrying their responsibilities to learn alongside peers and strengthen not only their own organizations, but the Greater Boston nonprofit sector as a whole.

We are grateful for their commitment, curiosity, and generosity in showing up for this work together - and we wish Jenni Acosta, Kira Jewett, Julian Gau, Diego Leonardo, Chloe-Rose Crouch, Maija Pratt, and Yoyo Yau every success in 2026 and beyond.
