Second LAP Cohort Nears the Finish Line

The most recent cohort of Nonprofit Net's Leadership Acceleration Program (LAP) is nearing the conclusion of their nine-months together. As part of this year's program, Nonprofit Net is proud to support the Executive Directors from mission-driven organizations including Culture House, Dedham School of Music, First Literacy, Foster Care Essentials, History Cambridge, Providers’ Council, and MissionSAFE.

From structured CoachED sessions to peer group discussions and check-ins, this second cohort has fully embraced the journey. Participants are each making progress on their chosen Performance Challenge and recording wins regularly. There’s a growing sense of pride—and a touch of nostalgia—among coaches and Executive Directors alike. We at NPN couldn’t be more pleased to see this group reaching bold, measurable, and mission-aligned heights.
