Our May 16th webinar, Meeting HR Challenges, hosted by management expert Margo Kelly, is available for viewing. This is the last Zoominar of spring 2023. The recording of this and all previous webinars are available on our Youtube channel or website's On Demand Content page.
The following are two recommendations Margo made in the one-hour session: 1) Here is a link to the Open Source HR handbook she referenced. 2) In her 2022 article Three Key Questions for 360º Review (see below), Margo offers a simple approach that produces realistic, reasonable and useful feedback for staff and managers.
