About the Event
Did you know that there are at least five typical structures for boards of nonprofit organizations? This can be confusing for a new Executive Director, not to mention for the staff and the board itself. It is important for the E.D. and board to decide together which structure they are going to follow.
Learn which structure your board follows (Advisory, Patron/Donor, Cooperative/Collaborative, Management Team, Policy) and please be prepared to share that information in the seminar.
