About the Event

How do you keep wonderful volunteers?  By caring for them and nurturing them.  This workshop will help you identify what’s furthering that goal, and what is not.  Just as with your doctor, an annual check-in with each volunteer is a must.  Michael Jacoby Brown will demonstrate how to have a one-on-one conversations to better understand why each person volunteers and what keeps them engaged.   Please come prepared with experiences and questions about working with volunteers.
