About the Event
This session is designed to discuss real life issues facing nonprofit leaders and will be led by Margo Kelly, former Chief Operating Officer at NeighborWorks America and Executive Coach in The Achieving Excellence Program at Harvard’s Kennedy School.
Feel free to submit a specific HR question or issue for discussion when you register. Margo will plan the session agenda based on your input. In advance of the session, Margo will also forward practical, useful articles that relate to the issues of greatest interest.
About the Speaker
Margo Kelly previously served as Lead Executive Coach at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government in the Achieving Excellence Program, an annual 16 month program for CEOs and senior leaders of nonprofit organizations. Prior to her work at the Kennedy School she was the Chief Operating Officer for NeighborWorks America, a national nonprofit community development organization based in Washington, DC. Margo has also done extensive executive search work and served as a coach/consultant for a host of clients in the private, public and nonprofit sectors. She joined Nonprofit Net's board in 2022.
