Elsa Roberts is Associate Director of Digital Strategy at Firefly Partners, a women-owned digital marketing agency delivering tailored solutions that help progressive nonprofits achieve their goals.  Elsa came to Firefly Partners in 2021 after many years serving the  non-profit sector as a freelancer and full-time employee, where her twin passions for digital communication and graphic design were honed.  Her work has touched on elections, community organizing, public space,  mobility, and civic life.  She holds an MS in Rhetoric and Technical  Communication from Michigan Technological University.
